Family Therapy
Families are systems — when one person struggles, everyone feels it. Family therapy provides a space for understanding relational patterns, improving communication, healing attachment wounds, and creating more harmony in your home. Whether you're supporting a child with ADHD or Autism, co-parenting, navigating blended family dynamics, or trying to repair relationships that feel tense or disconnected, we work together to build understanding and healthier ways of relating.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that families can change when they feel safe enough to be honest. You don’t have to keep walking on eggshells or feeling like every conversation turns into a battle. We’ll create space for each person’s voice, needs, and experiences — and build a more connected family system from there.
