Couples Therapy

Relationships can be deeply loving—and deeply challenging. When couples get stuck, it’s rarely because either partner is “the problem,” but because painful patterns take over and pull you out of connection. Couples therapy is a space to slow down, step out of those patterns, and learn how to relate to one another with more honesty, respect, and care.

My work with couples is guided by Relational Life Therapy (RLT), founded by Terry Real, which focuses on helping each partner understand their role in the dynamic, move out of blame or withdrawal, and build the skills needed for true intimacy. Together, we look beneath the arguments to the attachment wounds, power struggles, and protective strategies that keep you stuck—then work in real time to create new ways of showing up for each other.

Together, we’ll work toward building a relationship based on emotional safety, accountability, and genuine intimacy—so your partnership feels more connected, resilient, and aligned with the life you want to build together.
