Individual therapy with me is a place to show up exactly as you are — messy, overwhelmed, curious, hurting, hopeful, or somewhere in between. We’ll explore what’s weighing on you, what patterns keep repeating in your life, and what you need to feel more grounded, empowered, and understood. I work with clients navigating anxiety, identity shifts, boundaries, life transitions, relationship struggles, trauma, neurodiversity, parenting challenges, and the moments where you suddenly realize, “I can’t do this alone.”
Our work together is relational, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented. We’ll dig below the surface to understand the “why” behind your experiences — not to blame or shame, but to offer clarity, compassion, and new possibilities.
