Therapy for Kids
Kids are incredibly wise, expressive, and sensitive — they just don’t always have the words (yet) for what they’re feeling. Drawing from my background in Early Childhood Education and my experience raising a neurodivergent kiddo, I provide developmentally attuned, playful, and supportive therapy for children who are struggling with big emotions, anxiety, behavioral challenges, family changes, or difficulties at school.
I help kids build emotional awareness, communication skills, confidence, and healthy coping tools — all while keeping the work engaging and accessible. I collaborate closely with parents so that what we do in the therapy room can support the whole family system. Kids don’t grow in isolation, and neither does their healing.
